Dr. iur. Iris Duchetsmann is a German Attorney-at-Law with extensive international advisory experience in business, employment and contract law. She is the founder of DD Law | HR | Compliance and advises companies on the legal structuring of international business operations, employment frameworks and cross-border projects.
Professional Experience
Prior to founding her advisory practice, Dr. Duchetsmann served as partner in international law firms, where she led practice groups focusing on international corporate and HR projects. Her professional experience also includes roles at Siemens as well as international law firms in Germany and Asia, advising companies on complex cross-border matters and organisational developments.
Academic Background and Admission
Dr. Duchetsmann studied law at the Universities of Passau and Erlangen-Nuremberg and completed her doctoral degree at the University of Mannheim. She has been admitted to the German Bar since 2005.
Languages
She works in German and English and has good working knowledge of Mandarin Chinese as well as basic knowledge of Thai.
She works with a limited number of clients to ensure close collaboration and dedicated advisory support.
